This policy applies to orders from all online stores owned and operated by Supplyvale Digital LLC. Each store shows estimated delivery times on its product pages and at checkout; where a product page gives a specific estimate, that estimate applies.
Where we ship
Our stores ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Some stores also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, which is shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally unless a store states otherwise.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order, oversized or freight items may take longer, and the product page will say so. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can affect delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, or free shipping where offered, are shown at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged additional shipping after you place your order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders containing several items may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
- If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package is late, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our returns and refunds policy.
- For freight deliveries, please inspect the item before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
