These terms of service ("Terms") apply to supplyvale.com and to every online store owned and operated by Supplyvale Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Supplyvale", "we", "us", "our"). Each of our stores identifies Supplyvale Digital LLC as its operator. By using our websites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. A store may publish additional terms for its products; where it does, those terms apply together with these.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our stores sell to customers in the United States unless a store states otherwise.
2. Products and descriptions
We work to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions and specifications are supplied by manufacturers. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it under our returns and refunds policy.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by established, PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- We may correct pricing errors. If an item was mispriced, we will contact you before shipping and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
4. Order acceptance
Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. A contract is formed when we ship the order. If an item becomes unavailable, we will let you know and refund you for that item.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping times and methods are described in our shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our returns and refunds policy.
7. Product warranties
Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty, described on the product page or in the packaging. We will help you make a warranty claim. Except for those warranties and rights you have under law, products are sold "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
8. Use of our websites
You agree not to misuse our websites, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping them at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or using them for any unlawful purpose. Website content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Supplyvale Digital LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, question or message, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not contain unlawful content. We may publish reviews, but we never edit them to change their meaning and never post fake reviews.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
